Canyon County Republican Women (“CCRW,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or opt in to campaign text messages, and what we do with it. It was last updated October 7, 2026.

Information we collect

If you use our contact or opt-in form, we collect the name, email, mobile number, and any message you submit, plus the date, time, and record of your consent. Our site may also log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you and, only if you opt in, to send campaign text messages about CCRW meetings, events, and civic updates. We do not use it for commercial marketing. You will not receive donation texts.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information we receive, including your name, email, mobile number, or opt-in record. We do not share, rent, or trade that information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except our texting vendor as needed to deliver messages you requested, or if required by law.

Opt out

Reply STOP to end campaign texts. Reply HELP for help, or email us through the contact form at canyoncountyrepublicanwomen.org. Opting out of texts does not cancel email you separately requested.

Idaho

These messages are political campaign communications, not commercial telephone solicitations under the Idaho Telephone Solicitation Act (Idaho Code § 48-1001 et seq.). We still follow the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act: we text only numbers that opted in, honor STOP, and do not send deceptive messages (Idaho Consumer Protection Act, Idaho Code § 48-601 et seq.).
